I've spent 15+ years keeping the systems companies depend on actually working — networks, servers, firewalls, cloud environments. That's meant working across logistics, e-commerce, managed services, and cloud consulting, so I've seen the same failure points show up in very different businesses. What doesn't change is this: infrastructure should be invisible when it's working and fixable fast when it's not.
Now I work independently, with SMEs and foreign-founded companies in Thailand who need this kind of work handled without hiring for it full-time.
As an independent, I can focus on the engineering and the outcomes rather than the sales process. I don't have a sales team, a marketing department, or a commission structure to satisfy — just you and your infrastructure. From experience, I know what works and what doesn't, and I can tell you honestly whether you need me or not.
Working with foreign-founded companies here, I see the same friction points come up again and again: ISPs that need chasing, hardware that has to be sourced locally, vendors who won't communicate in English, quotes that are hard to sanity-check. I handle that side of things so you can spend your time on the business, not the infrastructure.

No reseller margin.
I don't take commission on hardware. When I recommend a vendor, it's because it's right — you can verify that by asking me what I'd choose if you were spending my money.
Everything gets documented.
Diagrams, configs, runbooks. If you stop working with me, you keep working systems. That's the point.
Plain language.
I'll explain what I'm doing in terms you can act on. If you want the deep version, ask — but you shouldn't need a translator to understand your own infrastructure.
